El Alfa Announces Farewell ‘El Último Baile Tour’ – Here Are the U.S. Dates

After his grandmother’s untimely death in early January, El Alfa revealed his retirement plans for later this year. On May 13, the Dominican superstar revealed his farewell global “El Último Baile Tour.” The highly anticipated tour’s U.S. leg will kick off at the Avant Gardner in New York, NY, on June 4, and wrap up at the House of Blues in Orlando, FL, on Nov. 30. The tour will also reach Europe and Latin America.
Following his first show in New York, the dembow pioneer will perform at the H-Town Bash in Houston, TX (June 22); the Atlanta Coliseum in Atlanta, GA (Oct. 10); and Strand Ballroom in Providence, RI (Oct. 11). He will continue with shows at the MGM Fenway in Boston, MA (Oct. 12); the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, CA (Oct. 17); and the Hard Rock Live in Sacramento, CA (Oct. 18). Following stops include the Fillmore in Philadelphia, PA (Oct. 23); the Oakdale Theatre in Wallington, CT (Oct. 24); and the United Palace in New York, NY (Oct. 24).
The latter half of the “El Último Baile Tour” continues at the Fillmore in Denver, CO (Oct. 30); the SAP Center in San Jose, CA (Oct. 31); and the Substance in Las Vegas, NV (Nov. 1). He will also perform at the Sky Deck in Nashville, TN (Nov. 12); the 710 Music Hall in Houston, TX (Nov. 13); and the Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX (Nov. 16). His last string of shows include the Fillmore in Charlotte, NC (Nov. 19); the Echostage in Washington, DC (Nov. 20); the Rosemont Theatre in Chicago, IL (Nov. 21); and the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL (Nov. 29). His seemingly last U.S. show will be at the House of Blues in Orlando, FL, on Nov. 30.
El Alfa, known for his global hits like “La Mamá de la Mamá,” “4K,” and “Singapur,” helped push dembow to a mainstream audience. Per the press release, the tour will “serve as a tribute to his two decades of innovation, perseverance, and cultural influence.”
