With the end of the pandemic nowhere in sight, music festivals are still hustling to bring exciting live music experiences to hungry fans worldwide. After postponing their ninth edition earlier this year, Mexico’s Festival Marvin has embraced a digital format and will stream from Nov. 26 to Nov. 28 across platforms such as Twitch, Amazon Music US, and Amazon Music MX for free. The festival is being billed as Marvin 9.5 and will broadcast performances from Mexico City, Monterrey, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Sevilla, and Gothenburg, turning their digital conundrum into an opportunity to expand their brand and reach new audiences.

As usual, Festival Marvin’s lineup has been expertly curated, with headlining performances from Irish disco diva Róisín Murphy, legendary Argentine producer and songwriter Gustavo Santaolalla, and Mexican electronic trailblazers Nortec: Bostich + Fussible. The indie front also boasts massive talent, including German singer-producer Roosevelt, the band El Columpio Asesino, and the electronic project Delaporte performing from Spain, as well as Mexican staples such as Noa Sainz, El Shirota, Los Cogelones, and María Daniela y Su Sonido Lasser. As in past editions, you will also be able to enjoy stand-up comedy sets from the likes of Eduardo Talavera and Emiliano Gama, and sit in for listening parties, talks, and workshops with Francisca Valenzuela, El Mató A Un Policía Motorizado, and Chris Frantz from Talking Heads.
