After the success of Netflix’s The Society of the Snow (La sociedad de la Nieve) Enzo Vogrincic has been quietly planning what his next steps are. He’s been reading scripts, optioning stage plays, and enjoying the down time now that he’s not on the intense press tour for the hit Netflix movie.

Last time we spoke with Vogrincic he shared what he looks for when it comes to his next big project. He said, “I understand that the movie I was in is something that does not exist in reality and it will be very difficult to find another movie that has as much heart, as much story as this one. It’s impossible. I’ve let that go. What I enjoy is what I always enjoy, which is acting. If there is a character that I like I will do it.”

Recently at the 2025 Premios Platino in Madrid, Spain, we got to catch up with Vogrincic again. And in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the crazy night, we got to ask him what’s on his playlist. To our surprise, Vogrincic pulled out his phone, opened up Spotify, and showed us what he’s currently obsessed with. And surprisingly enough, there’s a lot of rock.

First up was the classic Beatles, the British group from the 60s that sparked Beatlemania and changed fan culture forever. Then the Latinos came in. He said he’s been listening to Babasónicos, the Argentinian rock band formed in the 90s, with hits like “Los Calientes,” “Fizz,” and “Soy Rock.” He’s also a big fan of Caifanes, the Mexican rock band formed in the late 80s, who are currently on tour.

But rock isn’t the only thing he’s listening to. He also mentioned Rigoberta Bandini, the Spanish music act and stage name of its frontwoman Paula Ribó since 2020. He’s also a big fan of Alfredo Zitarrosa, an Uruguayan (just like Vogrincic) singer-songwriter who “took Uruguayan folklore music and made it cool.”
