The Weeknd is sharing his upcoming show in Brazil with the world. On Aug. 21, the Canadian singer and songwriter announced that he’ll be livestreaming his highly-anticipated sold-out concert at the Estádio MorumBIS in São Paulo, Brazil, on Sept. 7.

“I’m so excited to announce that we’ll be live streaming my show from São Paulo, Brazil, so everyone around the world can be a part of this special night,” the popular alternative R&B artist said in a press statement. “I wish I could come to every city and town on earth, but moments like this give us the chance to connect in real time at least and share that energy together, no matter where you are.”

Not only will he livestream his never-before-seen spectacle, but he’s also donating 10 percent of net proceeds from all merchandise sales at the event and online to BrazilFoundation. According to the artist’s press release, the funds will aid Brazilian communities affected by natural disasters and economic hardships, focusing on southern Brazil to help recover and rebuild their community after floods.

The new concert’s trailer, directed by YZA Voku, features a snippet of his new song and a series of AI-generated visuals. The artist is expected to perform his chart-topping music, and it is speculated he’ll tease new music from his upcoming era.

Fans are thrilled about the live stream. An Instagram user, dzbeatz, commented: “He’s really going all out with this album and show. This man is so ahead of everything and hella creative with his releases. Can’t wait to see it all unfold!”

Fans can tune in to see the one-night-only livestream concert experience at 5 p.m. PST / 8 p.m. EST on Sept. 7 on his YouTube channel.

After his concert in Brazil, The Weeknd will continue his global tour in Australia.
