Marc Anthony gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most unforgettable moments of Bad Bunny’s historic residency in Puerto Rico. The Nuyorican icon posted a video from the night he joined Benito onstage to perform “Preciosa.”

Bad Bunny originally planned to wrap up his No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí on September 14. He sold out 30 concerts at the emblematic El Choliseo in San Juan. To give his fans who couldn’t attend the residency in Puerto Rico a chance to see it, he added one more show on September 20, which was streamed live on Amazon Prime.

For that final performance, Benito had something extra planned: a surprise duet with Marc Anthony. It was the first time “Preciosa” was added to the setlist, a patriotic anthem written in 1937 by Puerto Rican composer Rafael Hernández Marín. Anthony famously revived the song in 1998 with his own version, making it a cultural staple for a new generation.

In the emotional closing moments of the concert, Bad Bunny welcomed Anthony to the stage. Draped in the Puerto Rican flag, Anthony belted the beloved anthem alongside Benito in front of thousands of island fans. The night also featured a stacked lineup of reggaeton pioneers in la casita portion of the show, featuring Jowell y Randy, De La Ghetto, Arcángel, and Ñengo Flow.

The Amazon Music livestream of the residency finale was a record-breaker, with the platform reporting it shattered viewership records for a single-artist performance. Now, with Anthony’s behind-the-scenes video, fans get an even closer look at the magic of that historic night.
