WATCH: Kali Uchis Joins Cris MJ & Jhayco on ‘Si No Es Contigo’ Remix

Two big Latine stars are joining Cris MJ on one of his hit songs. Last night (Oct. 17), the rising Chilean singer released the music video for “Si No Es Contigo” featuring Kali Uchis and Jhayco.
Cris MJ is a pioneer of Chile’s reggaeton scene alongside his frequent collaborator FloyyMenor and Polimá Westcoast. In 2022, he scored one of the first Chilean reggaeton hits with “Una Noche En Medellín.” The following year, Medellín natives Karol G and Ryan Castro jumped on the remix. After Cris MJ teamed up with FloyyMenor, they took Chile to the top of the charts with their global smash “Gata Only” this year. He has kept the momentum going with “Si No Es Contigo,” which was released in May.
The original version of the song is nearing 300 million streams on Spotify. The song has also peaked at No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart. Now Cris MJ is turning up the heat on the remix of “Si No Es Contigo” with Colombian-American star Kali Uchis and Puerto Rican singer Jhayco.
“This remix comes at the perfect time for everyone to dance to in the clubs and everywhere,” Cris MJ shared in a statement. “It’s my first collaboration with Kali Uchis and Jhayco and we are ready to tear it up with this track. Collaborating with renowned artists is a dream for me.”
Kali Uchis makes Cris MJ’s alluring reggaeton banger more seductive. Jhayco also brings his alternative edge to “Si No Es Contigo.” This trio of artists makes the song all the more irresistible. The music video for the remix shows Cris MJ, Jhayco, and Kali performing the song through a night vision lens.
Last month, Cris MJ and FloyyMenor joined forces again for the MJ (Mala Junta) EP. It includes the duo’s next rising hit, “Después De La 1.”
