Santiago de Chile’s LIZZ (aka Elisa Espinoza) has been on our radar for a minute, thanks to her apocalyptic, purp-washed club tracks. After sharing an exclusive mix with us in 2015, LIZZ spent the year making a name for herself in the city’s nightlife, DJing local parties and producing live mixes. Her vision of the club is explosive – Tumblr-dipped goth pop art, with a teaspoon of 22nd-century DJ Screw.
Her stellar taste in warped, blissed-out beats had us starved for more, so we’ve enlisted her help to curate the latest edition of our Exclusivo playlist series. Between the loverboy melancholia of Drake’s “Plastic Bag” and the restless footwork of DJ Paypal, you’ll get a glimpse of LIZZ’s scene in Santiago de Chile. Whether it lives on the Internet or IRL we can’t say, but nonetheless, it’s a peek at the DJ’s electric (and eclectic) musical world.
