Mexican actress Kate del Castillo must never sleep because she has projects coming out of nowhere. It’s been two weeks since Netflix revealed the first trailer for season two of her Spanish-language drama series Ingobernable, which sees del Castillo’s “first lady-turned-wanted criminal” continue her journey to clear her name. Now, pictures are popping up from fans in Belize announcing del Castillo’s arrival in the country to film part two of her other series, the novela La Reina del Sur.

La Reina del Sur was an unprecedented ratings smash when it swept small screens from Miami to Mexico City back in 2011, earning a place in the history books as Telemundo’s most successful and most expensive novela ever. It is perhaps best known in the U.S. as its English language USA reboot, Queen of the South, whose third season debuted in June. In the original Spanish-language version, Del Castillo plays the lead role of Teresa Mendoza, a young Mexican woman drawn into the cartel lifestyle who eventually becomes the drug queen of southern Spain. Excitement is high for del Castillo’s arrival in Belize as fans on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook were posting pictures of the actress at the airport, as well as filming locations throughout the area. It’s unclear how long production will be there.
