BTS is back in action, and they’re going on a massive tour. This morning (Jan. 13), the K-pop boy band announced the dates for the world tour, which finally includes multiple stops in Latin America.
BTS’ last tour PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE took place in 2022. Following the tour, the band went on hiatus so the members could complete their 18 months of mandatory military service in South Korea. By June 2025, all of the members had fulfilled their conscriptions. Now, BTS is gearing up for a major comeback in 2026.
The K-pop group is beloved on a global level, but they’re especially idolized in Latin America. To show love to their fans in that region, the BTS world tour will include multiple stops in Latin America. On May 7, the tour will touch down in one of the BTS’ biggest markets, Mexico. The group will perform three shows at the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City on May 7, 9, and 10. Following the U.S. leg, BTS will then head to Bogotá, Colombia (Oct. 2 and 3), Lima, Peru (Oct. 9 and 10), Santiago, Chile (Oct. 16 and 17), and Buenos Aires, Argentina (Oct. 23 and 24). The Latin America leg of the tour will wrap in São Paulo, Brazil (Oct. 28, 30, and 31).
BTS’ tour will also mark their first concerts in Madrid, Spain, on June 26 and 27. The band will kick off the tour on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea.
Fans will first get a chance to buy tickets through the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Thursday, Jan. 22. An additional presale opportunity for select dates will take place on Friday, Jan. 23. Any remaining tickets will be released to the general public on Saturday, Jan. 24. BTS are also confirmed to release a new album this year
