These Latina Queens Are Moving Onto the ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ 10 Semi-Finals

Drag Race All Stars Season 10

World of Wonder

The third and final bracket came to an end on all RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars this morning (June 27). Across the three brackets, there’s several Latina drag queens that will move onto the semi-finals.

For the 10th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race spin-off, the franchise introduced the first-ever “Tournament of All Stars.” The 18 contestants were split evenly among three brackets. Among the show’s biggest cast ever, nine of the queens are Latina. The three queens with the highest number of points from each bracket are advancing to the semi-finals. To date, no Latina queen has won RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars yet, so the following contestants could make history if they snatch the crown.

In the first bracket, Aja is the only Latina queen that is moving onto the semi-finals. She won the first maxi challenge of the season and slayed the lip-sync to Ice Spice’s “Think U The Sh*t (Fart).” She came in third place in the bracket behind Irene the Alien and Bosco.

The two Latina queens in the second bracket that are moving onto the semi-finals were also the most controversial. Mistress Isabelle Brooks and Jorgeous infamously tricked Kerri Colby and Nicole Paige Brooks into giving them their MVQ points. Jorgeous won two maxi challenges while Mistress claimed victory in the “Rappin’ Roast.” The top three queens in the bracket were Jorgeous, Lydia B Kollins, and Mistress respectively.

In the third bracket, one Latina queen dominated while another barely made the third place spot. Ginger Minj won all three maxi challenges in the bracket, which cushioned her first place position. Cynthia Lee Fontaine and Denali were tied for third until Acid Betty gave one last MVQ to Miss Cucu. Ginger is moving onto the semi-finals with Daya Betty and Cynthia.

Next week, the brackets will merge and the remaining nine queens will compete in the semi-final rounds, which kicks off with the “Snatch Game.” The eliminated contestants will have one last chance to re-enter the competition in a wild card lottery that will be decided in the grand finale.
