In July, we announced Nuevo Noise – our one-stop shop designed to develop new Latinx artists, providing them with the launchpad they need to cultivate their careers. We’ve since offered profiles on artists like Melii, Ambar Lucid and Reyna Tropical – with many more exciting Nuevo Noise artists to be profiled soon.
Today, we’re excited to announce our first-ever Nuevo Noise showcase in partnership with Brooklyn venue Elsewhere.
The showcase will take place on Friday November 8, and will feature boricua indie-pop darlings Los Walters, dream-pop perreo wunderkinds Balún, airy electronic act NOIA, along with special DJ set by the Rosa Perreo crew.
A percentage of each ticket purchased for this event goes directly to Elsewhere’s art program Landscape, which allows emerging local and international visual artists to create and display work throughout the venue.
Through our live showcase partnership, Nuevo Noise aims to take our human curation element to the next level, by crafting hand-selected experiences with artists who strive to push musical boundaries with their every breath.
