Kenia Os will soon tour the U.S. with a very special guest. The Mexican pop star recently announced that she will be joined by one of her recent collaborators, Bella Poarch.
Kenia is one of Mexico’s leading pop stars who is going global. She had a big breakthrough last year with the success of her single “Malas Decisiones.” Last November, she was nominated for a Latin Grammy award for Best Long Form music video for her K23 album. This November, she will soon kick off her 2024 U.S. Pink Aura Tour. Like Kenia, Poarch also got her start as an influencer who blossomed into a pop star. And now, the Filipino-American singer will serve as the opening act on Kenia’s tour.
“You don’t know how happy it makes me to announce I’m going on a tour of the U.S. with a great friend, Bella Poarch,” Kenia wrote in a post on Instagram. “Thank you friend for joining me on these dates. I’m dying to see your sets and enjoy this adventure with you. We’re going to have a lot of fun. I love u.”
Over on X, Poarch wrote, “MY FIRST TOUR!!!! CAN’T WAIT TO SEE U ALL.” Among Poarch’s biggest hits are “Inferno,” “Dolls,” “Build a B**ch,” and “Living Hell.” For Kenia’s latest album, Pink Aura, Poarch collaborated with her on the song “F* OFF.” There’s a good chance that they could perform it together during one of their sets.
In her Pink Aura album, Kenia also embraced the reggaeton mexa wave. She collaborated with Yeri Mua and Ghetto Kids on “Mamita Rica.” The success of that song inspired her to release the Flow Mamita Rica EP. The EP included her collaboration “Un Bezito” with El Malilla. Last month, the singer teamed up with Steve Aoki for her newest single “Replay.”
