One Latina drag queen brought plenty of Latin American flavor to Snatch Game on Drag Race España. Mariana Stars dominated the competition with her impersonation of Caso Cerrado host Dr. Ana María Polo while invoking Bad Bunny as well.
The fourth season of Drag Race España started airing on Sept. 22. The sole Latina on the cast this season is Mariana Stars, who is originally from Mérida, Venezuela. And this week’s episode saw the queens take on the iconic Snatch Game challenge. In the Werk Room, Mariana Stars told host Supremme De Luxe that she would portray Dr. Polo, who is of Cuban descent. In her response, she also referenced Dr. Polo’s viral moment on Caso Cerrado of telling her guest Luna to speak in Spanish.
“I’m impersonating a Latin American icon,” Mariana Stars said in Spanish. “She is going to be very happy to be on this show in Spanish. I’m going to serve a bit of Latin American p**sy because I’m going to impersonate Dr. Polo.”
In the Snatch Game, Mariana Stars did an impressive job of capturing Dr. Polo’s intensity from Caso Cerrado. She once again played off the Luna moment by telling Supremme De Luxe that her name should be Supremme De Lujo. Mariana Stars then unexpectedly invoked Bad Bunny by reciting his infamous booty-eating lyric from “Safaera” while portraying Dr. Polo.

In a Snatch Game that had a lot of strong impersonations, Supremme De Luxe announced that Mariana Stars had won the challenge this week thanks to her hilarious spin on Dr. Polo. Over on X, plenty of Latines, especially Venezuelan people, were celebrating Mariana Stars’ first Maxi Challenge win in the competition.
Mariana Stars is one of the seven drag queens who are competing for the title of Spain’s Next Drag Superstar. Drag Race España streams new episodes every Monday on WOW Presents Plus.
