From his luxe Instagram fit pics to his body positive pubic hair tweets, Bad Bunny is known for making a statement on social media. That’s why fans were surprised to see El Conejo Malo disappear over the last few weeks, with many left wondering what happened to the poster boy of Latin trap. Fans got their answer this past weekend, when the Puerto Rican rapper was spotted in his hometown of Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, handing out wads of cash to fans.
Bad Bunny took a trip to Playa Mar Bella, where he jet skied and did the rounds with beachgoers. Rapetón compiled a handful of viral videos that circulated on social media over the weekend, and in them, Benito Ocasio Martinez chills in a pink flamingo inflatable, takes photos with his fans, and most importantly, mounts a jet ski to give out a few racks to fans listening to dembow and swimming in the ocean water. You know, a typical day at the beach.
But it seems El Conejo Malo was in a giving mood all weekend, because he didn’t stop there. Rapetón also reports that he made a surprise appearance at a telethon for SER of Puerto Rico, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical and educational services to people with disabilities and/or autism. At Sunday’s fundraiser, he made a donation of $100,000, making local headlines in Puerto Rico.
While Bad Bunny continues to make it rain, we’ll be here patiently waiting for that rumored Drake collaboration (fingers crossed it drops on Friday, the official release date of the Canadian rapper’s new album).
